Quotations and enquiries

• Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or reserve capacity in our schedule.
• Prices are quoted per project in writing after we understand the scope. Any figure discussed before that is an estimate, not a fixed price.
• A written quotation is valid for the period stated on it, and work begins once you approve it.

No guarantee of search rankings

We do not and cannot guarantee any particular position in Google or any other search engine, any level of traffic, or any number of enquiries. Search engines control their own results and change how they work without notice. What we commit to is the technical and editorial quality of the work itself.

Intellectual property

• The design, text, code and images on this website belong to Swas Web Solutions unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or republished without permission.
• Client work shown in our portfolio remains the property of those clients. It appears here with their knowledge, as a record of work we carried out.
• For commissioned projects, ownership of the delivered work transfers to the client on full payment, as set out in the project agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to submit unlawful, misleading or abusive content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its normal operation, or to harvest data from it by automated means. We rate-limit the contact form to prevent abuse, and we may block access where it is misused.

Third-party services and links

This site links to client websites and other external resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Where a project involves third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting or email providers, those services are supplied under the provider's own terms.

Availability
